March 2008- Dr. Cannon is thrilled to announce her appointment as Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Calgary.
 
March 2008- Dr. Cannon and Wendy Shah R.D. recently spoke to over 350 professionals at the Regional Nutrition and Food Services conference in Edmonton.  Their 2-hour plenary, entitled, "I can't believe I ate the whole thing!", took a humourous and practical look at "mindless" versus "mind-full" eating.  Professionals attending their talk left with several specific cognitive-behavioural strategies to incorporate into their work with clients struggling to have a healthier relationship with food.
